Do you use AI?

No. Poly3D uses ZERO AI (generative or other) for any of our work. We have over six years of experience with FDM 3D printers and and take pride in offering services provided by real humans with real skills and passion.

What 3D printing technologies do you use?

Currently we only offer FDM (plastic) 3D printing, but may branch into SLA (resin) 3D printing in the future.

What 3D printers do you use?

Sovol SV08: the big printer that's often used for rapid prototyping and rough work.

Qidi Q1 Pro: a very capable yet simple machine often used for single material engineering polymer prints.

Bambu Lab H2C: one of the best consumer FDM 3D printers on the market. Capable of printing several materials and colours all at once.

Do you offer multicolour 3D printing?

Yes! We offer both multicolour and multimaterial printing. Multicolour in up to nine different colours, and multimaterial in up to seven different materials (select material restrictions apply).

Do you only offer 3D printing?

Nope! We also offer 3D printer repair and custom design work. Reach out with any relevant information and we can fix and repair almost any FDM 3D printer or work with you on custom projects.

Why do I have to contact you/why can't I get a quote through the website?

Poly3D is a startup run by one person, and it's generally simpler and more practical for small business' to avoid E-commerce until the platform grows to a more substantial size.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash, Etransfer, cheque, and debit/credit via Square.
